Terms of Service

UK Student Platform Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”) provides a digital platform to help international students in the United Kingdom manage visa compliance, track work hours, store documents, and plan their financial journey.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must provide accurate information. False information (especially regarding your visa status) could lead to incorrect compliance guidance.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Contact us immediately at hello@ukstudentplatform.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• ✕Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any UK law
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• ✕Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or mass-download content
• ✕Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• ✕Harass, threaten, or abuse other users on community features
• ✕Misrepresent your identity or visa status
• ✕Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Refund policy: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), you have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, by accessing the digital content immediately upon purchase, you expressly consent to waive this right in accordance with Regulation 36. Once you have accessed the pack content, no refund is available.

If you have not yet accessed the content and request a refund within 14 days, email hello@ukstudentplatform.com. Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. We do not store payment card details.

For immigration queries, consult your university's International Student Support team or an OISC-registered adviser at gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser.

To the maximum extent permitted by English law:

• We are not liable for any visa overstay, compliance breach, or immigration consequence arising from your use of, or reliance on, this platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of earnings or career opportunity.
• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss due to factors beyond our control, or third-party service failures.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

Upon termination:

• Your access to paid features ends immediately
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy
• No refund is issued for unused paid access following a ban for terms breach

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
