How do I cancel my subscription?

Both packs are one-time payments — there's nothing to cancel. You own access permanently.

I was charged but my pack wasn't unlocked.

Email us with your Stripe receipt and we'll fix it within a few hours.

Can I get a refund?

Once you've accessed the content, refunds are not available per our Terms. If you haven't accessed it yet, email us within 14 days.

I forgot my password.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" — or email us if you're locked out.

Do you offer advice for my specific visa situation?

No — we're not immigration advisers. Contact your university's international student support team or find an OISC adviser at gov.uk.
